I spent two months traveling up and down the western coast of Australia—one of the most remote and untouched regions on earth, where red dirt meets turquoise ocean and the sky feels endless. Days were spent camping on the beach, skating different parks in every town, and exploring stretches of coastline where you could drive for hours without seeing another person. It’s wild country—Western Australia makes up nearly a third of the continent, yet it’s home to less than 10% of the population.
Along the way, I surfed the breaks in Margaret River, explored towns north and south of Perth, and connected with a local church community that welcomed me like family. Traveling with my fiancée made the experience even richer—long drives, ocean sunsets, and moments that reminded us what it means to live simply and fully. Those two months were freedom in its purest form: faith, adventure, and the open road.
